We hope you love what you’ve ordered from Madison’s Boutique On-Line. But if something isn’t right, please let us know. We’ll be more than happy to accept your return accompanied by the original invoice. We’ll also exchange your color, size or an entirely different style as long as it is accompanied by the original invoice. There will be no returns or exchanges without the original invoice. Returns and exchanges will be accepted as long as items are sent back to us within 7 days from the date the item(s) were received (U.S. & Canada Only). You must contact Madison’s Boutique and obtain a Return Authorization number. We will not process returns without it. Requests for returns or exchanges beyond 7 days will not be accepted, and the package will be returned to the sender. If an item was purchased as a 2 piece set it must be returned as a 2 piece set. We will not process returns of partial sets. Sale items purchased through Madison’s Boutique On-Line are not returnable, as these items are considered final sale. Simply place the unworn, unwashed or defective item in the original box with the original invoice clearly marked with reason for return/exchange. Mail the package to us via insured mail at: Madison’s Boutique 39 B South Ave Staten Island, NY 10303 ATT: On-Line Sales Please insure your package(s). We are not responsible for non-receipt of returns/exchanges. Allow 7-10 days for returned items to get to us and for processing of a full refund/exchange. Allow 7-10 business days for your account to be credited for the full amount charged. Allow 7-10 days for the new merchandise to arrive. You will receive an email confirmation notifying you of the amount credited to your account by Madison’s Boutique On-Line. If there is a difference due to the customer, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the account to be credited. If there is a difference due to Madison’s Boutique On-Line, we will request authorization from you via email before your card is charged. Upon receipt of authorization, the charge will be posted to your account within 24 hours. Madison’s Boutique On-Line does not give any adjustments of any kind. Items go on sale based on Sell thru. Refunds will not be given on any purchases made prior to an item going on sale. |
